Ice Speaks

I have weighted down the trees
made them bend over,
Christmas lights still on
large branches have me to thank
as they are are severed from the trunk

love watching cars
they spin, crash, end up in ditches all alone
I have shellacked lights to roof, or balcony
everyone is bending over or broken
in positions of total subjugation
